  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination but typically range from:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days
    • International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by location and customs processing)
  • We are not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been shipped.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • If you receive a damaged product due to shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

International Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
