To protect your equipment and keep repair costs reasonable, we do not accept shipped printers. Shipping large or delicate machines often leads to damage in transit, so all repairs are handled via in-person drop-off at our shop.

After inspecting your printer, we’ll provide a clear estimate with recommended repairs, expected turnaround time, and cost before any work is performed.

Frequently asked questions

Because most of our products are custom-made or 3D printed to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.

If an item has a clear defect caused by our printing process, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll review the issue and, at our discretion, work with you to find a reasonable solution, which may include a reprint or replacement.

Please note that due to the nature of 3D printing, variations in color, finish, layer lines, and minor cosmetic differences are normal and are not considered defects. As a result, exact color matches and surface perfection cannot be guaranteed.

We’re always happy to discuss concerns and do our best to ensure you’re satisfied, but all sales are considered final unless otherwise agreed upon.

Getting a custom design printed at 3Dimension Studio is easy. You can start by stopping into our showroom, filling out our custom request form, or reaching out to us by phone, email, or Facebook.

If you already have a 3D file (such as STL or 3MF), you can send it to us and we’ll review it for printability and provide a quote. If you don’t have a file yet, we can help design one from scratch or modify an existing model to fit your needs.

Once the details are finalized, we’ll confirm pricing and timelines before moving forward. From there, we handle the printing and finishing—and we’ll let you know when your piece is ready for pickup.

Order timelines vary depending on the type of item, customization, and current workload. Once your order is complete, we’ll contact you to let you know it’s ready.

You can choose in-store pickup at our Cuyahoga Falls location or shipping within the United States.

For in-store pickup, we’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
For shipped orders, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been sent out.

All of our products are designed and produced in-house at 3Dimension Studio. Every item is made right here in our store using our own 3D printers, allowing us to maintain quality, consistency, and attention to detail from start to finish.

Because everything is made locally, we’re able to offer custom options, quick adjustments, and hands-on quality control you won’t find with mass-produced items.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
